Annabelle Jose
Annabelle Jose has over 20 years of extensive experience in Information Systems, primarily in the real estate and banking industries, working in all aspects of systems development, such as design, programming, customization, testing, integration, implementation, training and systems support. She has held a wide range of roles including: Programmer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Director of Business Analysis and Vice President of Information Systems. Annabelle’s project management qualifications are combined with her demonstrated ability to develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs. Annabelle is an excellent communicator between technical and business units and can translate complex data into easily understood terms.
Kerri Costa
Kerri Costa has over 20 years of experience in Information Systems within the real estate industry. She began her career at a large Commercial and Residential real estate firm in Human Resources and Payroll focusing on HR information systems before transitioning to the Information Systems team. Specializing in implementation, project management, business system analysis and evaluation, and business process improvement for Enterprise Business Systems such as Yardi, Ceridian Dayforce, and NexusPayables, Kerri’s exposure to the business has provided unique insight into how each business decision affects both the users and the technical team. She is an experienced applications analyst with expertise in applications configuration, programming, support and report writing.
